Refund policy

In the unlikely event that there is an issue with the product that you have purchased - please contact us on orders@saltii.co.za within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

If there is a visible manufacturing fault Saltii (Pty) Ltd will replace the item free of charge.

We do not allow for exchanges/returns of our products due to hygiene reasons.

In the rare event that a product is purchased online but is actually out of stock Saltii (Pty) Ltd will always endeavour to replace it with a similar item or provide a refund. In this instance we will contact the customer to arrange accordingly.
